At the beginning of the meeting, Deputy Director Xu Lihong clarified the significance of this activity, hoping that the young head teachers would learn more, grow rapidly, and promote the high-quality development of class management.

To be specific, at the meeting, in combination with her own actual condition, Deputy Director Xu Lihong emphasized the comprehensive management of students in terms of effective communication with students, daily management of classes, caring for students, and co-education of home and school in order to strengthen students' sense of discipline and cultivate their good habits. On the other hand, we should reinforce the quality of teaching, improve students' performance, start from small things, and pay attention to details so that we could keep our classes in good order in regard to hygiene, discipline and student civility. Additionally, Deputy Director Xu Lihong introduced the experience of class management in details, and unreservedly introduced the valuable experience for the young head teachers by sharing her successful experience and the experience of class management with young teachers, so that they could grow up quickly and take fewer detours.

Last but not the least, in combination with the actual situation of the Junior High School Division, Principal Assistant Li Ping made a vivid and specific summary, encouraging everyone to learn to think, learn to act, and act to achieve.
